And that is what makes this incredible cover by Anya Marina so great; she takes this arrogant, aggressive song..

… becomes a whole new experience with her breathy very female, intrinsically benign voice  Truly brilliant.

Note that this song was covered by numerous other artists.  While Amaru, and to a lesser degree Outreach and even Urban Lovers United make a go of it, the only contending cover in my book is Weird Al Yankovich who, in this case, isn’t particularly funny; but its nice to see he’s still at it.
