i missed a summary or conclusion that announce what kind company organization preferes which agile method. for instance i think military organized companies tend to pick scrum to increase the gap between members and non members even more. while kanban is picked from companies with a very flat organization. that is just my thought and so i ask for such summary if anybody else beside me has some thoughts about who picks or tends to pick a specific methodology.
