    Is there no source code for the book, Migrating To Windows Phone?

    http://www.apress.com/9781430238164 doesn’t show a source code tab and the book says to go to http://www.apress.com.source-code which says look for the book and if it is there, it exists.

    Podcast #56 didn’t show up in the Zune marketplace on my Windows Phone.
